DESCRIPTIONRefurbishment of existing Victorian detached building into a Fertility Clinic over three floors. The basement was converted into the 'Dream' Laboratory and Surgery where treatments took place.
A clean room ventilation had to be designed to incorporate the stringent requirements.
The mechanical services was replaced throught the building with new plantroom serving radiators, air handing unit, hot water services, BMS, sanitary and air conditioning.
